A multi-award-winning packaging innovator with over 12 years of leadership across FMCG, F&B, Personal Care, Cigarettes and Electronics.

Yashasvi Mishra is a distinguished packaging strategist recognized for driving innovation, sustainability, and large-scale transformation across some of India’s most influential consumer brands. Over the past decade, he has shaped packaging ecosystems for marquee brands – Licious, Orkla India (MTR Foods), Diageo, and ITC, leading cross-functional global teams and managing multimillion-rupee procurement portfolios with precision and strategic foresight.

In his current role as Associate Director at Licious, Yashasvi leads packaging procurement, innovation strategy, and supplier development across fresh and ready-to-eat categories. He has delivered rapid new-product commercialization, championed sustainable material transitions, and driven high-impact cost optimization programs that strengthen both brand experience and operational efficiency.

During his tenure at MTR Foods (Orkla Group), he led the technical packaging roadmap for multiple brands, collaborating with global Orkla teams to introduce new material technologies, implement sustainability frameworks (SIAT, LCA), and develop flexible packaging solutions that delivered measurable margin gains.

At Diageo, Yashasvi spearheaded packaging sourcing and productivity initiatives across Glass, Paper, PET, Laminates, and Brand Protection technologies—engineering long-term material strategies, establishing robust quality protocols, and enabling future-ready global supply chains. His career began at ITC’s Printing and Packaging Division, where he managed end-to-end development for international FMCG formats and worked closely with cross-functional teams to bring design and manufacturing excellence together.

Yashasvi holds a B.Tech in Printing, Graphics & Packaging (Gold Medalist), a PG Diploma from the Indian Institute of Packaging, a PG Supply Chain Management from IIM Rohtak, and a Senior Innovation Management Programme  (Gold Medalist) from IIM Bangalore.
