Biography

Swarn comes with rich experience of R&D in FMCG industry where he had led R&D innovation, value engineering, innovation management for products across Snacks, Bakery, Seasoning mixes, chocolate and breakfast cereals. Swarn’s professional journey has been in PepsiCo, Uniliver, Mondelez, Britannia and Kellogg .

Swarn holds a dual masters degree in International Marketing, sourcing & training from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and masters in food sciences from G.B Pant University of agriculture & technology.

Product Innovation and process of doing innovation has been swan’s passion. He was been agile innovation coach for teams within India, Europe and south Asia

His education in Agriculture, Food. science and Management helped him contribute to the entire spectrum of activities from raw material sourcing to consumer market strategy. His diverse work experience of working in local companies and multinationals helped him bring best of both the worlds. Along with his passion for food, he loves sports and in fact has played hockey at the national Zone level. Swarn also indulges in gardening & cooking in his free time.

He is an active member of various associations and Industrial bodies like PFNDAI, AFST() He is a certified MBTI trainer and Agile innovation coach.
