A seasoned EHS and ESG Professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in multifaceted EHS Operations, ESG/Sustainability Management, Risk Management projects, and Audit & Training assignments across diverse multinational companies in India and abroad. Spent two decades in the bulk drug API industry, complemented by over 12 years in Corporate EHS/Sustainability Management roles. Gained substantial exposure working across various industrial sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas, Steel, Textiles, and Tanneries.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing targeted EHS programs to reduce risks and minimize losses associated with employee safety, industrial hygiene, fire protection, environmental issues, AMR control, and occupational health in line with international standards.
Trained and experienced in Dupont’s Safety Management systems and DNV’s “BOC” Programs. As a Senior Consultant/Project Manager at DNV, handled several SHE Risk Management Projects and was responsible for Project Management, Solution Designing, Consulting Delivery, Training Delivery, Knowledge Building, Team Building, and Customer Service Management.
