With over 14 years of leadership experience across food, personal care, and HPC categories, I’ve built a career around transforming packaging into a strategic enabler of growth. My journey spans packaging development, quality assurance, sustainability, and process excellence—connecting the dots between consumer insight, design innovation, and business value.

At heart, I’m a builder—of products, processes, and people.
Whether it’s extending shelf life through smarter barrier laminates, driving value engineering projects to unlock efficiency, or collaborating with suppliers to pioneer sustainable solutions—I lead with curiosity, accountability, and a bias for action.

Having worked with global FMCG brands across India and Southeast Asia, I bring a holistic view of packaging that balances aesthetic appeal, functional excellence, and cost competitiveness.
