Dr. Geetal Mahajan Choudhari serves as the Global Sustainable Packaging Lead at Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue. From Tylenol® to Neutrogena® and Listerine®, Kenvue’s iconic brands are science-backed and recommended by healthcare professionals around the world serving the needs of nearly 1.2 billion global consumers.

In this role, Geetal leads Strategic Modelling of Packaging Portfolio to advance Sustainability Footprint and champions the integration of sustainable practices through innovative tools and guidelines, enhancing brand strategies. She plays a pivotal role in driving Sustainable packaging innovations across Kenvue’s diverse portfolio, which includes Essential Health, Skin Health and Beauty, and Self-care segments to deliver on total product experience. Geetal’s passion and dedication to sustainability have significantly contributed to Kenvue’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact in the industry. Having worked in the industry with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and now Kenvue for more than 5 years, Geetal have held positions in various increasing capacities with diverse experiences in Women’s Health, Packaging Development and Translational science functions.
