Bhupesh is an accomplished packaging expert with over 11 years of expertise in packaging engineering, innovation, sustainability, value engineering, packaging machine development, and procurement. His competencies encompass vendor management, customer engagement, and EPR & ESG strategies.<br>

Working with organisations such Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma, GSK, and 3M, Bhupesh has effectively created packaging for numerous well-known brands in the FMCG, Food & Nutrition, Healthcare, and Personal Care sectors.

As the Packaging Engineering and Design lead for India, Bhupesh is currently employed with Bayer Consumer Healthcare. Since packaging is the initial point of contact between a client and a business, Bhupesh is a major proponent of improving the customer experience through innovative, cost effective and sustainable packaging solutions.
