Biography

Anurag is passionate about safeguarding food in entire food value chain ( from Farm to Fork /Grass to Glass)  . Anurag has spent 15 Years in all verticals of Quality and Food Safety , working in Multinational companies like PepsiCo , Kimberly Clark – Unilever , Mars Inc , Fonterra NZ and now Working as General Manager – QA and Food Safety in India’s biggest sweetener manufacturing company “ Shree Renuka Sugars Limited ( Wilmar International’s Subsidiary ) . He leads the packaging development initiatives of the group as well.

Anurag has grown his skills in end-to-end Food Safety , Operational & Process Quality Assurance , Supplier Quality Assurance , Third Party/ External Manufacturing , Distribution and Market Quality.
