Dr. Ankur Chaturvedi

Biography

With over 25 years of leadership experience in operations and supply chain management, Mr. Ankur Chaturvedi serves as the AVP of HSE, Excellence, and Quality at Emami Ltd, a global consumer goods company. He holds an MBA from ICFAI, an MDP from IIM Ahmedabad, and multiple certifications in ESG and sustainability. Additionally, he is a trained assessor for TBEM and IMEA, prestigious business excellence models in India.

His core competencies include building and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, establishing innovative business and revenue streams, negotiating with stakeholders, optimizing resources, and applying analytical problem-solving skills. He is passionate about driving sustainability, business growth, and excellence in every aspect of his work.

As a former soldier and an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, he embodies resilience, discipline, and adaptability. He is also fluent in six languages, a TEDx speaker, and a published author on topics such as leadership, excellence, management, wildlife conservation, and sustainability. His commitment extends to honorary positions with various industry and government bodies, where he contributes to nation-building and mentors young students and entrepreneurs.
