Nishant Dugar

Biography

Nishant Dugar is the Head of EPR—Sales & Operations at ReCircle, a clean-tech innovator on a mission to create a circular economy. In his current role, he oversees and manages the end-to-end sales processes, operations, and compliance related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) at ReCircle. With a deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics, he spearheads sales growth to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

An entrepreneurial individual with an aptitude for innovation & creative problem solving, Nishant has worked, since 2019, towards advancing circular practices in India. He is focused on waste management through sustainable recycling & proper disposal facilities.
Before joining ReCircle, he was a Designated Partner at Eraw Waste Management and Founder of Ecyclear.
Nishant completed his Bachelor of Business Administration BBA (Entrepreneurship) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and currently resides in Mumbai, India.
