Biography

Sitanshu is a seasoned packaging operations professional with expertise in modern edible oil and spice packaging, He began his career at Ruchi Soya Industries Lid, overseeing packaging operations and later leading the creation of an advanced packaging facility for Emami Agrotech Ltd. He is passionate about innovating and automating conventional packaging setups. optimising processes, and setting industry standards. He excels in developing and commercialising edible oil packaging, emphasising execution excellence and safety compliance. His specialisation lies in designing efficient layouts for automated packaging plants, consistency achieving over 100% efficiency. Sitanshu holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Packaging Technology post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IP), Kolkata. As an alumnus of IIM-Calcutta, he’s a respected figure in the edible oil and food packaging industry, known for fostering collaboration in diverse environments. He firmly believes that automation brings joy to our lives.
